Menina Sugar Glue 35g

Menina sugar glue is an Australian made, high quality sugar glue that can be used in all forms of sugar artistry and cake decorating. Perfect for gluing fondant or gum paste items together, or to attach fiddly items to your cake. Can also be used on cookies and other requires edible surfaces.

Apply the glue with a soft  lightly dampened brush. Ensure that you do not use too much glue as that will cause the items to slide apart. Menina sugar glue can also be used as a soft glaze for sugar flowers, however you will need to allow extra time for drying. No need to apply large amounts.
